Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time We ship all orders from China. Estimated delivery time to the United States:

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $70.
- Shipping costs for orders under $70 are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Customs & Import Duties International shipments may be subject to customs inspection. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Cemtoy is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
